This diet is based on intermittent fasting. That means that you don’t eat or drink anything nutritious before working out.
I’ve used multiple ways of dieting in the past, and this has by far been the most effective and reasonable method I’ve seen so far.
Even if I’m vegan since two years doesn’t mean that I’m totally against regular nutrition with animal products. Main thing about my diet is the intermittent fasting, that’s why I also wanted to create a program based on if and is for people who don’t want to abandon animals products.
