How to train with the pdf program:

You can download your workout program on multiple devises (laptop, mobile phone, tablet etc.) so you can train from wherever you like and with the devise of your choice. Trough a short click on the certain exercise, you can watch the corresponding video explaining the correct technique. And for all oldschool lovers: you can print it as well!

Advantages:

Some weights and the Superforce assistant band. It doesn’t has to be necessarily the Superforce one, but it has to be more like a rope and a few meters long, so not a regular assistant band. So we recommend either way our band, cause it’s the original one Vadym trains also with!
